A rumor has been setting the community on fire for the past few days: Aniimo's Monthly Pass would double the Primegy cap (the game's energy) from 300 to 600 and shorten egg hatching by 2 hours. If true, that's a small revolution for a monthly pass: most games in the genre settle for handing out daily premium currency. Here is what our data confirms, what still needs checking, and who this pass is really for.
What is confirmed in the game data
Let's start with the solid part. The Monthly Pass item entry is terse: "Use to gain 30 days of Monthly Pass benefits". No detail on the benefits themselves, nor on the price. The Primegy entry, on the other hand, is precise, and it is the one that lends credibility to the rumor.
Base value confirmed by the item entry, without the pass.
That is 10 points per hour and 240 points per full day.
From 0 to 300 without touching it; beyond that, every minute is wasted.
The only official figure in the Monthly Pass entry.
What a Primegy Battery restores, a rarity 4 consumable.
The rumor mentions "600", which is exactly double 300. The figure is consistent with the data, which does not mean it is confirmed: the 600 cap and the 2-hour hatching reduction do not appear in any entry of our database. We are therefore treating them as community information to be verified on September 16.
Rumor status: 300 cap and 1 pt / 6 min regeneration = confirmed. 600 cap with the pass and -2 h hatching = not observed in our data. This page will be updated as soon as the in-game shop opens.
What Primegy is actually used for
Primegy is not an energy "for running dungeons" like Genshin's Resin. Based on the items in our database, it is mainly used to process semi-finished products crafted in your Homeland. In other words: it is the resource that throttles your crafting.
Made by your Aniipod Maker, it becomes a basic Aniipod by spending Primegy.
Same principle for the Aniipod Pro (catch rate ×1.5).
Same principle for the Aniipod Mega (catch chance ×2).
Primegy to obtain a Precious Dewdrop Crystal, an all-purpose Resonance material.
Primegy to mint Credits, Astra's official currency.
Restores 60 Primegy at once when you run dry.
Family Dewdrop Crystals (Emberpup, Iris, Chirpi, etc.) also have their semi-finished version, convertible with Primegy. They are what feed Resonance Star-up, and therefore your Aniimo's stats at high level. More Primegy means more advanced Aniipods and more Resonance per week. To know where to spend those Aniipods first, take a look at Getting started.
What a 600 cap would change
The real gain of a doubled cap is not having "more" energy: regeneration stays the same. The gain is no longer losing any. With a 300 cap and 240 points regenerated per day, you have to log in at least every 30 hours to waste nothing. With 600, the margin rises to 60 hours, or two and a half days.
| Situation | 300 cap | 600 cap (rumor) |
|---|---|---|
| Full gauge from 0 | 30 h | 60 h |
| Logging in once a day | 0 points lost | 0 points lost |
| 48 h absence | 180 points lost | 0 points lost |
| Weekend absence (60 h) | 300 points lost | 0 points lost |
| Primegy accumulated over 30 days (daily login) | 7,200 | 7,200 |
The last row matters: if you play every day, the pass does not give you a single extra point of Primegy. It protects those who play in spaced-out sessions. The comparison with Genshin's Welkin is therefore only half right: the Welkin gives premium currency, Aniimo's Monthly Pass (if the rumor is confirmed) gives convenience. Nor does the pass replace a Primegy Battery for someone who wants to craft massively on the same day.
Hatching: which eggs would be affected
The second promise, "-2 h on hatching", is vaguer: we have no hatching durations in our data, so it is impossible to say whether 2 hours represent 10% or 50% of the time. What we do know is that eggs hatch in Outpost Hatchinators and Home Hatchinators. The eggs that would benefit most from a shortcut are the ones you will be waiting for impatiently:
- ✓Targeted Prismana eggs (Prismana Scorchhowl Egg, Prismana Grizbo Egg, Prismana Thornblade Egg…) that give a guaranteed Prismana Form
- ✓Perfect Eggs by role (Perfect DPS Egg: Stellarys, Scorchhowl or Irisal; Perfect Healing Egg: Glacy or Gracewing)
- ✓The Legendary Irisalis Egg from the launch legendary arc
- ✓Dreamy Eggs from breeding, especially if you chain clutches with a Prismana Stone or a Potential Stone
- ✓Event eggs (Egg Gifted from Flowers, Somniwing Egg)
If you plan on serial breeding to pass down a Prismana Form, saving 2 hours per egg can add up quickly over a month. To understand how Prismana eggs work, our guide Prismana: how they work and where to find them details the conditions for getting them.
Should you get the pass?
Without an official price in our data, it is impossible to calculate value for money. What we can already say is which profile benefits.
- 1You play every day
The doubled cap brings you nothing in pure Primegy. Only the hatching bonus matters for you; wait to see the price and any other benefits before buying.
- 2You play 3 or 4 times a week
This is the ideal profile. Without the pass, you lose up to 300 Primegy per 60 h absence, the equivalent of five Primegy Battery. The pass pays for itself quickly.
- 3You breed in bulk
If the -2 h is confirmed, every clutch saves time and you cycle more eggs per day through your Hatchinators.
- 4You are just starting out
Your Homeland does not yet have an Aniipod Maker (Level 2) or any serious production: you will not use 300 Primegy per day. Keep your money for later.
Our advice: buy nothing before you have seen the pass entry in game. If the listed benefits are exactly "600 cap + -2 h hatching", the pass is a convenience item for irregular players or breeders, not a power boost. If the shop adds daily Lumin Crystals, we will redo the math.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Primegy cap really 300 without the pass?
Yes, it is written in the official item entry: "Recovers 1 every 6 minutes, up to 300".
Does the pass make Primegy regenerate faster?
Nothing indicates that. The rumor only mentions a doubled cap, not accelerated regeneration: you still earn 240 points per day.
Does the pass give premium currency like Genshin's Welkin?
Not observed in beta. The Monthly Pass entry only mentions "30 days of benefits" without listing them.
How much does the Monthly Pass cost?
The price is not in our data. It will be added here as soon as the shop opens on September 16, 2026.
What is Primegy for if I don't craft?
Not much: it processes the Homeland's semi-finished products (Aniipods, Dewdrop Crystals, Credits). Without an active Homeland, the doubled cap will change nothing for you.
Sources
The confirmed figures come from Aniipedia's item entries: Primegy (300 cap, 1 point / 6 min), Monthly Pass (30 days of benefits), Primegy Battery (60 points), as well as the descriptions of semi-finished products and eggs. The 600 cap and the 2-hour hatching reduction come from community reports and have not been verified in the game data. The time calculations (30 h and 60 h to fill the gauge, 240 points per day) follow directly from the official regeneration rate. For the full list of items, check the Guides section.
