September 16–September 22 Violation Ban Notice

Dear Pathfinders:

Since the Global Launch, we have continuously monitored various third-party cheating behaviors, including but not limited to: tampering with game client data, using cheating tools, and other programs that undermine fair play. Polaris Institute maintains zero tolerance toward behavior that undermines fair play and will strictly handle violating accounts; depending on the severity of the violation, penalties may be as severe as a 10-year ban. Please do not trust any third-party account boosting services. Account boosting is often accompanied by high-risk actions such as account sharing and the use of third-party cheating tools, which can easily lead to account theft, bans, and loss of game assets. Pathfinders, please keep your account and personal privacy safe. Do not share, lend, or trade accounts, and be wary of unofficial top-up channels and false welfare information. The official team assumes no compensation responsibility for losses caused by player-initiated actions such as account sharing or account boosting. If you encounter violating or harmful behavior in the game, you can submit feedback through the in-game report entry. We will verify and handle it, and continuously improve the report and feedback system.

Pathfinders, please abide by the User Code of Conduct on the continent of Idyll, jointly maintain fair game order, and protect your account security. We will continue to polish the game quality and look forward to working with all Pathfinders to build a fair and harmonious game environment.

From September 16 to September 22, The Polaris Institute Team handled a total of 58 violating accounts. All of these accounts were found to have used third-party cheat programs, tampered with game client data, or committed other violations, and all have been issued a 10-year ban.
